1. Information we collect
In shutdown mode, GemHub does not collect account or membership information. A locale preference cookie may be stored when you choose a language.
In waitlist mode, the required item is your email address. Optional items are device type, services you want to save from, and limited source, referral, or UTM information.
We do not intentionally store IP addresses, full user-agent strings, or full Accept-Language values in the waitlist database.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We use waitlist information to manage beta interest and send beta-testing or service-launch updates.
Submitting the waitlist form requires consent to this collection and use. You may decline, but then you cannot join the waitlist.
3. Retention and deletion
Waitlist information is retained until its purpose is fulfilled or for 12 months after registration, whichever comes first, unless a longer period is required by law.
When retention ends or you withdraw, records are securely deleted or made unrecoverable in accordance with the storage system’s available deletion methods.
4. Withdrawal and your rights
You may ask to access, correct, withdraw, or delete your waitlist information by contacting support@gemhub.app. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before the request.
5. Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and D1 database infrastructure. Information may be processed in regions where Cloudflare operates as needed to provide those services.
We do not name email or analytics providers here unless they are actually configured. This policy will be updated before any additional provider processes waitlist personal information.
6. Cookies and analytics
GemHub uses a locale cookie to remember your language choice and a short-lived security cookie to protect waitlist submissions.
No email address or other direct identifier is sent to analytics. Basic Cloudflare traffic and performance data may be used if Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled.
7. Security and changes
We use access controls, request validation, encryption in transit, and limited data collection to protect waitlist information.
Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date and document version.
