1. Purpose
The waitlist records interest in a possible GemHub beta and allows GemHub to send related updates.
2. No guaranteed invitation or launch
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a beta invitation, access date, product launch, or availability on any particular device or region.
3. Changes to the service
The planned product, beta scope, features, schedule, eligibility, and waitlist may be changed, suspended, or ended.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit another person’s email without permission, automate abusive submissions, interfere with security controls, or use the waitlist unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
GemHub names, branding, designs, and site materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights.
6. Availability and limitation of responsibility
The shutdown notice and waitlist are provided as available and may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GemHub is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from waitlist availability or the absence of a beta invitation.
